Comparing the last several years the High-end Luxury market has remained extremely strong and appears to be unmoved. Earlier last year it was looking like there was going to be a decline for the luxury market, however it rebounded quite well. There are 253 Active listings and is same as last year (8% higher than 2024). There are 71 Pendings homes is 12% lower last year (exactly the same as 2024). There are 410 Solds homes year-to-date is increased 15% from October 2025 (17% higher than 2024). Earlier in the year we were running neck and neck and now it pulled ahead a good bit of last year. This is interesting. I am curious to see if this trend continues.
