People make comments and ask questions all the time, about interest rates and how the market is performing….

Think about this, Luxury homes sold is behind last year, however MORE Luxury homes sold in 2025 than 2019 & 2020 combined and far exceeded 2023. I am excited to see what 2025 brings

Comparing the last several years the High-end Luxury market has remained on the move. Earlier in the year it was looking like there was going to be a decline for the luxury market, however it rebounded quite well to this point. It appears Luxury Markets are remaining strong. Active inventory (available homes) has increased about 8%. The pendings (under contract homes) have increased 13%. The solds (sold homes) increased 1% in this sector since October 2024. Last month we were running neck and neck with last year for solds units, this month we have now pulled slightly ahead of last year. This is interesting. I am curious to see which way this trend continues.

I have studied with the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and have a robust marketing plan for Luxury homes! - Nick
