YTD Statistics
Comparing the last several years the High-end Luxury market has remained extremely strong and appears to be unmoved. Earlier last year it was looking like there was going to be a decline for the luxury market, however it rebounded quite well. There are 260 Active listings (available homes) has increased minimally at about 4% (30% higher than 2024). There are 132 Pendings (under contract homes) have increased 32% (23% higher than 2024). There are 140 Solds year-to-date (sold homes) and increased 17% from May 2025 (14% higher than 2024). Earlier in the year we were running neck and neck and now it starting to pull ahead of last year good bit. This is interesting. I am curious to see if this trend continues.
