Think about this, Luxury homes sold is behind last year, however MORE Luxury homes sold in 2025 than 2019 & 2020 combined and far exceeded 2023. I am excited to see what 2025 brings

YTD Statistics

Comparing the last several years the High-end Luxury market has remained on the move. We are only keeping pace with 2024 at this point. It appears Luxury Markets are remaining strong. Active inventory (available homes) has increased about 4%. The pendings (under contract homes) have decreased 24%. The solds (sold homes) increased 5% in this sector since June 2024. We are ahead of last year for solds, but the BIG NEWS TO TAKE away is the 24% less pendings seems very significant.

I have studied with the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and have a robust marketing plan for Luxury homes! - Nick
