People make comments and ask questions all the time, about interest rates and how the market is performing….

Think about this, Luxury homes sold is behind last year, however MORE Luxury homes sold in 2025 than 2019 & 2020 combined and far exceeded 2023. I am excited to see what 2025 brings

YTD Statistics

Comparing the last several years the High-end Luxury market has remained on the move. We are almost keeping pace with 2024 at this point. It appears Luxury Markets are remaining strong. Active inventory (available homes) has increased about 4%. The pendings (under contract homes) have decreased 5%. The solds (sold homes) decreased 4% in this sector since August 2024. Last month we were slightly behind last year for solds, and have remained similar this month. This is interesting. I am curious to see which way this trend continues.

I have studied with the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and have a robust marketing plan for Luxury homes! - Nick
