YTD Statistics
Comparing the last several years the High-end Luxury market has remained extremely strong and appears to be unmoved. Earlier last year it was looking like there was going to be a decline for the luxury market, however it rebounded quite well. There are 283 Active listings (available homes) has increased about 10% (17% higher than 2024). There are 78 Pendings (under contract homes) is exactly the 10% lower last year (exactly the same as 2024). There are 332 Solds year-to-date (sold homes) and increased 19% from September 2025 (17% higher than 2024). Earlier in the year we were running neck and neck and now it pulled ahead a good bit of last year. This is interesting. I am curious to see if this trend continues.
