Comparing the last several years the High-end Luxury market has remained on the move. We are only keeping pace with 2024 at this point. It appears Luxury Markets are remaining strong. Active inventory (available homes) has decreased about 5%, pendings (under contract homes) have decreased 5%, solds (sold homes) decreased 2% in this sector since May 2024. It really doesn’t seem like there is much to read into here at the moment.
