Think about this, Luxury homes sold is behind last year, however MORE Luxury homes sold in 2025 than 2019 & 2020 combined and far exceeded 2023. I am excited to see what 2026 brings

YTD Statistics

Comparing the last several years the High-end Luxury market has remained extremely strong and appears to be unmoved. Earlier last year it was looking like there was going to be a decline for the luxury market, however it rebounded quite well. There are 270 Active listings (available homes) has increased about 5% (17% higher than 2024). There are 78 Pendings (under contract homes) is exactly the same as last year  (6% lower than 2024). There are 332 Solds year-to-date (sold homes) and increased 19% from August 2025 (20% higher than 2024). Earlier in the year we were running neck and neck and now it starting to pull ahead a good bit of last year. This is interesting. I am curious to see if this trend continues.

I have studied with the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and have a robust marketing plan for Luxury homes! - Nick
