YTD Statistics
Comparing the last several years the High-end Luxury market has remained extremely strong and appears to be unmoved. Earlier last year it was looking like there was going to be a decline for the luxury market, however it rebounded quite well. There are 275 Active listings (available homes) has increased minimally at about 4% (8% higher than 2024). There are 114 Pendings (under contract homes) have increased 23% (2% lower than 2024). There are 203 Solds year-to-date (sold homes) and increased 16% from June 2025 (20% higher than 2024). Earlier in the year we were running neck and neck and now it starting to pull ahead a good bit of last year. This is interesting. I am curious to see if this trend continues.
