YTD Statistics
Comparing the last several years the High-end Luxury market has remained extremely strong and appears to be unmoved. Earlier last year it was looking like there was going to be a decline for the luxury market, however it rebounded quite well. There are 233 Active listings (available homes) has increased minimally at about 8% (5% lower than 2024). There are 103 Pendings (under contract homes) have increased 19% (8% higher than 2024). There are 88 Solds year-to-date (sold homes) and increased 15% from April 2025 (8% higher than 2024). Earlier in the year we were running neck and neck and now it starting to run ahead of last year.. This is interesting. I am curious to see which way this trend continues.
