Think about this, Luxury homes sold is behind last year, however MORE Luxury homes sold in 2025 than 2019 & 2020 combined and far exceeded 2023. I am excited to see what 2026 brings

YTD Statistics

Comparing the last several years the High-end Luxury market has remained strong appears to be unmoved. Earlier last year it was looking like there was going to be a decline for the luxury market, however it rebounded quite well. There are 200 Active listings (available homes) has increased minimally at about 1% (18% lower than 2024). There are 87 Pendings (under contract homes) have increased 40%  (15% higher than 2024). There are 60 Solds year-to-date (sold homes) and remains increased 8% March 2025 (8% lower than 2024). Last month we were running neck and neck and now it starting to run ahead of last year.. This is interesting. I am curious to see which way this trend continues.

I have studied with the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and have a robust marketing plan for Luxury homes! - Nick
