Comparing the last several years the High-end Luxury market has remained strong appears to be unmoved. Earlier last year it was looking like there was going to be a decline for the luxury market, however it rebounded quite well. There are 185 Active listings (available homes) has increased minimally at about 3% (23% lower than 2024). There are 63 Pendings (under contract homes) have increased 14%  (2% lower than 2024). There are 36 Solds year-to-date (sold homes) and remains little change in this sector since February 2025 (8% lower than 2024). Last month we were slightly ahead of last year for solds, this month we are running neck and neck. This is interesting. I am curious to see which way this trend continues.
